With Zeeff Panel Systems, we take pride in an American-designed, American-manufactured, environmentally friendly product.

Zeeff Panel Systems produces products through a highly automated manufacturing process, and we are dedicated to developing sustainable, high-performance architectural panel systems. The use of sealants, gaskets, or silicones in the panel system itself does not exist. Panels are manufactured from single sheets of metal into a fully functional pressure equalized rain screen system.

Zeeff Panel Systems’ research and development team continually seeks to improve manufacturing efficiencies with sustainable practices in mind. In terms of LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), some categories can potentially be used for the LEED® certification credits.

LOCAL AND REGIONAL MATERIALS:

Zeeff Panel Systems manufacturing is strategically located in Scholfield, Wisconsin. PVDF Paint and Class 1 anodizing finishing partners for Zeeff Panel Systems are located in Wisconsin, approximately 30 minutes from our manufacturing facility. Depending on the radius of a project, LEED® points may be contributed. Supplier sourcing of raw materials, i.e., aluminum, may also contribute to materials sourced locally.

RECYCLED CONTENT:

Panels manufactured by Zeeff Panel Systems are fabricated from 100% solid metal and are 100% recyclable. Raw materials used are Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Mill Steel (A606), Zinc, and Copper. Material Certificates can be provided individually for each project, listing material compositions and sources. The recycled content of Zeeff Panel Systems metals is directly related to the recycled content of the metal processed from suppliers. The primary percentages of recycled content are in the form of post-industrial and pre-consumer waste. This is captured during manufacturing and varies depending on the metal utilized for panel fabrication.

MATERIALS, RESOURCES & REUSE:

Due to how Zeeff Panel Systems are engineered and the ease of panel installation, complete dismantling and salvage from an existing installed façade can be accomplished. All materials can be reused or sent to a recycling facility. Material waste or scrap can also be diverted from landfills and could qualify for LEED® Materials and Resources Credit 2 for New Construction.

Zeeff Panel Systems strives to provide building owners, architects, and contractors with a panel system that achieves a sustainable future. The information above can be used as a guideline for sustainable practices, LEED®, or other sustainable rating programs.
